Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and wellness tools, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a return.

If your facial oil arrives damaged during transit you may be eligible for a replacement. Email a video to hello@sculptbynicole.co.nz within 48 hours and you may be eligible for a replacement.
