Welcome to Sculpt by Nicole. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of our website, www.sculptbynicole.co.nz, and any purchases made through it. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

This website is owned and operated by Sculpt by Nicole Limited, trading as Sculpt by Nicole, based in New Zealand.

2. Product Information

All prices are listed in NZD and include GST (if applicable). We do our best to describe our products accurately, but slight variations in colour, texture or packaging may occur.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We use secure payment gateways (e.g. Stripe) to process transactions. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders made via our site.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within New Zealand and internationally.

- NZ orders: 2-3 business days for urban, add 1 extra day for rural.

- International orders: Up to 10 business days, shipped via NZ Post or FedEx.

Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

We comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Faulty or damaged items: If your product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair. Please email hello@sculptbynicole.co.nz within a reasonable timeframe. Change of mind: We offer a 14-day return period for unused, unopened products in original condition. You must cover return shipping. Email us at hello@sculptbynicole.co.nz with your order number to arrange your return.

6. Account Creation

When you check out, a customer account may be created automatically via Shopify/Shop Pay. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content-including text, logos, images, and designs-is the property of Sculpt by Nicole Limited and may not be reproduced or reused without permission.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage (direct or indirect) arising from your use of our website or products.
