Product & Care

What are the facial cups made of and what do they come with?

Our facial cups are crafted from high-quality, durable silicone designed specifically for delicate facial skin. They come beautifully packaged in a breathable canvas storage bag.

How do I clean and care for my facial cups?

To keep your cups hygienic and in perfect condition, wash them with warm, soapy water after each use. Allow them to air-dry completely before storing them back in their canvas bag to prevent moisture buildup.

How to Use

How often should I use facial cups?

For Beginners: Start by using them just once per week to see how your skin responds. Consistency is key, and even once a week offers incredible benefits!

Advanced Use: You can gradually work your way up to a maximum of 3 times per week.

Important Rest Rule: Always allow a break between active days (for example, do not use them two nights in a row). Your skin and underlying tissues need time to rest and recover.

How do I prevent bruising?

Bruising can occasionally happen, especially when you first start out, as the cups work on "stuck" tissues or areas of stagnant lymph. To easily prevent this, follow these three rules:

  1. Never cup on dry skin: Always apply a generous amount of product with plenty of "slip" (like a high-quality facial oil or rich moisturizer) before starting.
  2. Keep it moving: Never let the cup sit stationary on one spot; keep it continuously gliding across your skin.
  3. Control your suction: Where you hold the cup changes the pressure. Holding it higher up (away from the skin) gives you gentler suction, which is perfect for beginners. Holding it lower down (near the base, closest to the skin) creates stronger suction.

Safety & Contraindications

Can I use facial cups if I have Botox or Fillers?

We view facial cupping as a wonderful, holistic alternative for achieving naturally plump and nourished skin. Because the suction and massage motion can potentially move cosmetic injectables, we do not personally recommend using facial cups if you have active Botox or filler. We strongly advise consulting with your cosmetic nurse or injector before purchasing or using them.

Are there any other times I should avoid cupping?

Please do not use facial cups if you experience or are currently dealing with any of the following:

  • Skin Conditions: Do not glide over active acne, rosacea, eczema, broken skin, or raised moles.
  • Illness: Do not use them when you are sick, as stimulating lymph drainage at this time can overwhelm your immune system.
  • Medical Conditions: Do not use if you have an infectious disease or active cancer.

Note: If you have any underlying medical conditions or concerns, ALWAYS check with your medical specialist before purchasing to ensure facial cupping is safe for you.
